Real estate development company Hillwood announced two speculative industrial buildings will be constructed in Alliance Center East in the Alliance area of Fort Worth.
Each building—called Alliance Center East 2 and Alliance Center East 3—will be 224,616 square feet and located along I-35W and Westport Parkway, according to the company. The construction project should be finished by the first quarter of 2024, according to a news release. Hillwood Construction Services will be the general contractor for the project.
The buildings will be part of the 27,000-acre AllianceTexas development in northeast Fort Worth, a mix of office, retail and industrial space, according to the website.
