Slated to open this October, Snooze A.M. Eatery's North Fort Worth location will be its seventh restaurant in North Texas.

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction on the 3,800-square-foot restaurant is expected to begin this June.

The company website states Snooze was founded in Denver, Colorado, in 2006 by brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel. The menu consists of drinks, eats and seasonal menu items that include:
  • Coffee, juice, mocktails and cocktails
  • Egg-based dishes, pancakes and breakfast sandwiches
  • Bread pudding French toast, chilaquiles, and a crispy garlic and avocado miso rice bowl

According to the company website, Snooze diverts nearly 90% of its waste from landfills through composting and recycling. Snooze employees also organize field trips to school gardens, recycling plants, food providers and other facilities as part of an ongoing effort to teach employees and customers about the impact that small steps like recycling and composting can make.


The company website states that more than 95% of the sourced ingredients are “Snooze approved,” having passed a rigorous set of standards, including:
  • Ethical farming practices
  • Vetting the sustainable standards of the partner companies
Snooze has more than 70 locations in 10 states.
