Farmer Brothers announced on March 26 it entered into a 54-month lease agreement on a new headquarters in the Alliance area of Fort Worth.

The details

According to a company news release, the new headquarters will provide space for the company’s executive team and approximately 125 to 150 employees. Farmer Brothers sold its previous 540,000-square-foot headquarters in Northlake to TreeHouse Foods in June 2023 and centralized its roasting operations at its Portland, Oregon facility.

According to the news release, Farmer Brothers was founded in 1912 and is a leading roaster, wholesaler and distributor of coffee, tea and culinary products. The company’s product lines include:

  • Baking/biscuit mixes

“As we continue to focus on direct-store delivery and right-size our organization, we wanted to find a location that would more efficiently meet our current business needs, while still giving us the opportunity to grow,” said John Moore, president and chief executive officer. “We feel fortunate to have found a location in close proximity to our previous headquarters which checked all the boxes.”

The news release states that company expects to move into their new headquarters by the end of the company’s fiscal 2024 year.
