Construction is underway on a new office for Highland Homes in Fort Worth, according to a news release.

What happened?

Highland Homes signed a lease for 8,500 square feet of space in December and expects to open the office in July. The new office will be located within Hillwood Commons II at 9900 Hillwood Parkway and will accommodate more than 175 regional employees.

The new office will be Highland Homes’ fifth in Texas, joining the company’s other locations in Plano, Houston, Austin and San Antonio.

Quote of note

“We're currently building in 14 communities on 30-plus different lot positions in Fort Worth, so it makes perfect sense for us to have a physical office in the area," Highland Homes President Aaron Graham said in a statement. “We had been searching for a Fort Worth office space for quite some time, and we finally found the perfect location."
