Taiwanese international airline EVA Air announced in a news release it will add nonstop flights to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in 2025.

EVA Air General Manager Sun Jiaming said a 7,718-mile flight will operate five times a week from DFW Airport to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport starting Nov. 3. The airline did not announce what terminal the flights will be departing from at the airport.

A statement from an EVA Air spokesperson indicated DFW Airport is already a destination for cargo flights.

The airline announced Nov. 25 that DFW Airport will be the 10th destination in the United States, according to a news release.

According to data provided by EVA Air, its passenger revenue is up 8.4% through October and the number of passengers has increased by nearly 20% in 2024. In terms of travelers, the airline said that 44% of its tickets are from North and South American travelers.
