The Private Suite DFW will offer frequent flyers a ride to their flights at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport next year.

The Los Angeles-based P/S VIP Services agreed to a contract that will run 10 years, which was approved during the March 2 meeting of the airport board. There is also a five-year option available as part of the deal.

The minimum annual guarantee will be waived for the first two years of the contract, but the total project rent for years three through 10 will be $32 million, according to documents.

The Private Suite DFW will build a 12,000-square-foot facility that will feature its own Transportation Security Administration screening and customs clearance. Flyers will be taken to their commercial flight on the runway in a fleet of BMW vehicles.

The private suite that is being constructed will offer complimentary cocktails and chef-prepared meals as well as complimentary shower and spa services, according to its website. All amenities offered are on a customized basis, according to documents.

The projected opening is in spring 2024. Currently, P/S VIP Services only offers this option at Los Angeles International Airport.
