Grapevine Brownstones, located on Dallas Road near Hotel Vin, will have construction finished by April, according to Realtor/Broker Laura Cavalle Beck with Sundance Relators.
Phase 1 includes 10 luxury townhomes and all of them are already sold, according to Beck. She said the homeowners will be moving into the residences in the next few weeks.
Phase 2 construction will include 18 additional residences, some of which are already under contract, Beck said.
According to the website, each residence will feature four floors—the last being a roof deck. The residences all have a garage, three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

According to the Sundance Relators' website, there are two townhomes listed for sale starting at $1.5 million. Beck said the starting price for Phase II will be $1.4 million.
The project was developed by NuCiti Capital Partners and Ken Schaumburg from Schaumburg Architects helped design the residences, according to the website.
The Grapevine City Council approved the project in March of 2022, per previous reporting.
