Dallas-based wine club Roots and Water held a soft opening May 7 in its new Southlake location and is now open for wine connoisseurs.

Located in Kimball Park at 2102 E. SH 114, Ste. 100, Roots and Water features wine tastings, weekly wine offers, vintage wine selections, custom wine sommelier tastings and other opportunities for clients to connect with “fellow oenophiles,” according to its website.

Blake R. Maso, general manager for the Southlake location, said what sets Roots and Water apart from other wine shops is its focus on “actually high-quality wine.”

“These are great wines that people actually want to drink,” Maso said.

Roots and Water’s private clubhouse gives members a place to enjoy wine with other wine connoisseurs as well as access to exclusive wine tastings and wine offers.
