Utopia Food + Fitness is relocating to 280 Commerce St., Ste. 145, Southlake, and is set to open at the new location May 2. Utopia is a fitness center where members can work out with personal trainers, as well as purchase healthy, chef-made meals designed to help lose weight without dangerous fad dieting, studio director Timberly Avendanio said.

“We teach you how to retrain your brain on how to look at food and know how much you actually need to eat, and then we combine that with a 20-minute workout in the studio,” Avendanio said.
