West Elm is planning to open a new location at 1001 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake. The home furnishings retailer offers furniture, bedding, home decor, lighting and more. Renovations on the 11,337-square-foot Park Village site will begin July 5 and finish Oct. 21, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
