Copeland’s of New Orleans in Southlake is reopening its doors Sept. 20 inside the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square Hotel at 1400 Plaza Place.

After temporarily closing in May 2020, the Cajun-Creole restaurant is back with a new look. Renovations began in May 2021, and the restaurant features some new menu items.

Reopening hours will take place from 7-11 a.m. for breakfast and from 4-10 p.m. for bar and dinner service. Menu items will include signature favorites. such as the artichoke and spinach dip, crab cake and shrimp Alfredo, as well as new items, such as the crab and avocado stack and the herb-crusted salmon.

"The Copeland family has been proud to be part of the Dallas community since 1986 when we first opened a Copeland’s of New Orleans Restaurant here and more recently in 2008 as the restaurant of choice in the Hilton Southlake Town Square," said Al Copeland Jr., chair of parent company Al Copeland Investments, in a press release. "We are looking forward to reopening to bring a little piece of our family and New Orleans to Southlake and the surrounding communities for years to come!"
