Polestar is the first all-electric brand in Grapevine and the second in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It will be operating a temporary facility on-site starting this summer at 1500 E. SH 114 while the showroom is being built next door to the current Grubbs Infiniti dealership.
Although a set opening date for the showroom has not yet been announced, Grubbs will be open for sales of the car brand starting in September, according to Seth Levin, director of marketing at Grubbs.
According to a press release, Polestar is an all-electric, high-performance car brand currently producing two models. Polestar 1 is a low-volume electric performance hybrid GT, and Polestar 2 is a fully electric model. The brand is also planning on releasing Polestar 3 in the future, an electric SUV model.
The Grubbs family of dealerships also operates Acura, Infiniti and Volvo dealerships in Grapevine.
