Plano-based restaurant Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes will be opening a franchise at 5615 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. 300, in Colleyville. The brand is known for its customizable burgers, hand-cut fries and seven shake flavors. The restaurant also offers keto, paleo and gluten-free options.

An opening date is set for June 6, and the franchise is expected to bring more than 20 jobs to the community, according to a press release. Mooyah has multiple locations across the metroplex, including one in Southlake. www.mooyah.com.
