Jane, a coffee and wine bar, is coming to 1151 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 390, in Southlake. Replacing the former Protein Fit Kitchen, the coffee shop portion of the restaurant is expected to be open by the end of May and the rest of the establishment, including the full wine bar, by June.

Jane will offer a seasonal, rotating menu focusing on cheese and charcuterie boards, small bites, salads and more. According to partner Mo Noorali, the coffee will be provided by La Colombe Coffee Roasters. www.meetatjane.com
