The number of homes listed for sale decreased in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake in June when compared to the same period in 2019. In the Grapevine-Colleyville-Southlake area, ZIP codes 76051 and 76092 each saw a drop in the number of new listings year over year during a second full month of state and local coronavirus restrictions, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.

There was a slight increase in listings in ZIP code 76034.

As fewer homes were listed, the median sales price of homes that were sold fluctuated among the three ZIP codes. The percentage of asking price received for homes sold saw a modest increase in all three ZIP codes when compared to the same period in 2019.

In addition, the number of homes under contract increased in Grapevine and Southlake but decreased in Colleyville.
