ALIVE Wellness and Fitness, which specializes in interactive video exercises, opened its newest location in Southlake.

The details

While the fitness center hosted its first class in December, a grand opening is tentatively scheduled for mid-February, Alejandro Martinez with Local Creative Services said.

The studio offers a variety of classes every 30 minutes daily, starting at 4:30 a.m. until 10 p.m., according to a news release.

The sessions include yoga, Pilates, barre, hot yoga, meditation and several different styles of workshops, according to the studio's website.

Classes are guided by a combination of audio, video and lighting that's timed with each move and eliminates the need for an in-person instructor.

What else?

The screens in each classroom are custom-built and positioned for optimal visibility to give "a full sensory mode that helps guests connect to the present moment," according to the release.

“ALIVE aims to be an environment where people can connect with and cultivate their very best self,” ALIVE co-founder Brandon Hartsell said.
