Council approved a $1.19 million contract with O & J Coatings Inc. to rehabilitate the elevated storage tanks at Hall-Johnson Road and McPherson park. The project also includes a contingency amount not to exceed $119,000 and an inspection services amount not to exceed $45,000, according to city documents.
The renovations to the Hall-Johnson storage tank include repainting interior and exterior coating, replacing the ladder, cleaning the tank, replacing the pedestrian door and frame, and updating the logo.
The rehabilitation of the McPherson storage tank includes removing and repainting the exterior coating and repainting the Colleyville logo.

A contract with Dallas Harmony Construction LLC was unanimously approved at an amount not to exceed $30,000, according to city documents. The contract includes replacing the large palladium windows in the main meeting room of the Colleyville Center and replacing the wall trim around the windows. The windows will match the existing window configuration.

Council approved a $700,339 contract with Alderink Enterprises Inc. for on-call miscellaneous concrete repairs including sidewalks, street panels and ramp replacements, according to city documents.
Additionally, council approved a $150,000 contract with Stripe-A-Zone LLC to repaint lane lines, railroad crossings, crosswalks, school zones and city-owned parking facilities, according to city documents.
