In a nutshell
Mack was tabbed as the interim president and CEO after Robert Sanchez’s last day in the position in June. She previously served as the chamber's business development director for three years.
According to Board Chairman DeWayne Smart, the chamber put together a hiring executive committee to search for a new president and CEO. After receiving more than 30 resumes and conducting two rounds of interviews, the committee recommended that the board select Mack for the position.
