Two new Southlake City Council members were sworn into their newly elected positions Nov. 17 following the latest election results for City Council Places 1 and 6.

Kathy Talley and Randy Williamson were sworn in as Southlake’s newest council members, replacing Place 1’s Shahid Shafi and Place 6’s Chris Archer, respectively.

Talley and Williamson began their official duties Nov. 17. They were sworn in by Municipal Court Judge Carol Montgomery. Family and friends were invited to attend.
