Mother’s Day Brunch at The Henley

Next Bistro is hosting a dinner featuring a wine tasting and meet and greet with four-time Daytona winner and Adobe Winery owner Kevin Buckler. Next Bistro’s chef, Chef Ying, will prepare a special menu to accompany five Adobe Winery wines. Prior to the dinner, from 5-5:45 p.m., attendees will be able to meet Buckler, and view his car and rig. Reservations are required.

Local Chinese moms will teach participants how to make traditional dumpling dough and fillings from scratch. There will be chef-demonstrated folding techniques and interactive demonstrations on how to boil and pan-fry dumplings. Spicy dipping sauce for dumplings and secret authentic Asian side dishes will be provided as well. This program is for adults.
