Grapevine is about the be the hub for Ohio State.

The Buckeyes football is playing in the Cotton Bowl on Dec. 29 against Missouri at AT&T Stadium.

In preparations for game, the Ohio State University Marching Band will be practicing at Mustang Panther Stadium in Grapevine.

The details

The city of Grapevine and Grapevine-Colleyville ISD announced there will be three open practices to watch the band practice, free to the public. According to the city news release, the band is famous for its floating and animated formations, script writing, and fast cadence with high knee lifts.
  • Dec. 27, 12:30-2:30 p.m.
  • Dec. 28, 10-11:30 a.m.
  • Dec. 29, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
The stadium will be open 20 minutes before the start of each practice and close 15 minutes following the end of practice.


In addition to the band, the Ohio State football team will take part in a media event Dec. 23 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.
