Renovations started at the beginning of May, with work including roofing repairs, new paint, replacing the retractable bleachers in the pool area, adding a new portable accessible lift and replacing the pool equipment, the dehumidification units and two exterior doors.
The work will continue throughout the summer, with the new pool equipment being installed in June and July, Green said. The pool will be closed for the renovations.
