The gist
According to a March 5 GCISD update, the event, which is free to participants, will provide a relaxed atmosphere where community members can get a chance to interact with other district families, GCISD officials and first responders from Baylor Scott & White.
An online store will open March 10 to March 26 for event t-shirts.
In February, GCISD approved a $1 million sponsorship with Baylor, Scott & White to to help highlight health for students and the community.

“This is an awesome evening where everyone has the opportunity to come together, walk the track, fellowship, meet new people and spend time with friends,” Superintendent Brad Schnautz said. “What could be better than that?”
