The district will host a job fair aimed at helping fill these positions ahead of the 2025-26 school year, according to a district news release.

The job fair will be held March 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the CISD Administration Building, located at 2400 N. Carroll Ave. in Southlake.
The news release states district officials will be present to conduct onsite interviews. Other benefits of employment with Carroll ISD include:
- New onsite staff childcare facility for the 2025-26 school year
- Special education stipends
