Grapevine-Colleyville ISD officials opened the first parent satisfaction and engagement survey Dec. 2. It will remain open through Dec. 12.

The details

According to a district news release, the survey aligns with GCISD’s balanced scorecard performance objective of parents' and families' satisfaction and engagement.

The news release states data from this survey will help shape the district in the following ways:
  • Goal setting
  • Strategic planning
  • Strengthening support for students, families and staff
  • Helping staff better understand areas where the district can grow
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, according to the news release.

The news release states a link to the survey for each student was sent to the primary contact on file in Skyward on Dec. 2 from the email address “[email protected].”

Parents or guardians of GCISD students who did not receive the survey link are encouraged to do the following:
  • Check email spam or junk folders
  • If the survey email is not in spam or junk folders, or if parents or guardians have other questions or need additional information, they are encouraged to contact the district at [email protected]
Should another parent or guardian besides the primary contact on file want to complete the survey, they should email [email protected] with their full name and the name(s) of their GCISD student(s).
