The details
According to a district news release, the theme of the event is "Time Travel to the Best Place Ever" and will be comprised on the following components:
- Carnival - from 4:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. in Rustin Park at Town Square
- Parade - starting at 6:30 p.m. at Rustin Park
The news release states individuals representing a Carroll ISD student group or club can sign up for a carnival booth or parade entry. All entries must be submitted no later than Sept. 13 by 4 p.m.
