Grapevine-Colleyville ISD residents who are 65 years or older can join the Gold Card Program to get free general admission to many GCISD events.

According to a district news release, by having a Gold Card, GCISD residents 65 years and older are able to attend the following GCISD home events hosted by the district for free:
  • Athletic events (excluding playoffs)
  • Theatrical productions
  • Musical events

The news release states that in order to receive a gold card, residents 65 and older must attend an information session. The next session is scheduled for Jan. 25 at 9 a.m. Other upcoming session dates and times include:
  • March 5 at 1 p.m.
  • April 17 at 9 a.m.
The news release states that presentations are held at the GCISD administration building, located at 3051 Ira E. Woods Ave.

The news release states that attendees should make plans to arrive 15 minutes early to check in with the front desk. Attendees will also need to bring a state-issued driver's license or ID.
