The bistro was founded by husband and wife Chef Fabien Goury and Yasmine Bohsali, who brought their French and French-Lebanese inspired dishes to North Texas, according to the release.
When it opened May 6, 2000, the bistro served five customers. Now the bistro has served a million customers in the last quarter of a century.
Main Street Bistro & Bakery serves pastries, coffee, matcha, cakes and sausage rolls.
