A sign on the door said the store closed for the final time at 4 p.m. on Dec. 31.
McAlister's is known for its handcrafted sandwiches, salads, stuffed baked potatoes and sweet tea. The eatery also offered fresh, made-to-order catering options, including breakfast, snacks, spud bars, salads, sandwich trays, box lunches and desserts.
McAlister’s was located in the Town Center Colleyville shopping center.
What they're saying
“It has been our pleasure to serve you over the past 17 years. Thank you for all of your support and patronage,” said a sign on the door from general manager Ben Rodriguez and the McAlister’s Deli team.
The sign said team members will now be working at the North Richland Hills or Southlake locations.
