Nods to the establishment’s country and Western theme are found on the menu. Appetizers, such as stuffed fried pickles and onion rings are found under a “First Rodeo” heading, The “Texas Hold ‘em” portion includes handheld items like the Bunkhouse BBQ Burger ($14.50) and the Ranch Hand ($16.50) featuring burnt ends tossed in BBQ sauce and pickles.
Tables are assisted by the restaurant’s “rowdy cowgirls.”
Kevin Richardson, a partner in the new business, told Community Impact Rowdy Cowboy has 64 televisions and 32 beers on tap.
Richardson said the restaurant’s location falls in a part of Grapevine that is owned by the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
“We’ve had a lot of people tell us they’ve been waiting for a place like this, [with] cold beer, sports and a good time," he said.
