A second restaurant along the SH 114 frontage road in Southlake has closed.

A sign was posted on the door of IHOP saying “Sorry, we are permanently closed. Please try our Northland and Euless Glade Road location.”

The chain restaurant served a wide variety of pancakes and other breakfast items all day, as well as dinner and lunch options, according to the website.

In April, Mughali Fine Indian Restaurant, which was located next to IHOP, also closed.
