Pollo Regio is now open in Grapevine, near Grapevine Mills.

The restaurant originated in Monterrey, Mexico, and will serve authentic mesquite-grilled chicken as well as a variety of traditional Mexican-style dishes, such as tortas, flautas and tacos.

The restaurant went into a spot formerly occupied by Steak ’n Shake, which closed in 2019, according to previous Community Impact reporting.
