Daddy’s Chicken Shack has announced an opening date for the Colleyville location on social media.

The Houston-based company will be serving pressure-cooked and grilled chicken, offering “food like the photos,” according to the website.

The menu includes chicken and waffles sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken, burritos, chicken fingers, salads, and loaded fries, according to its website.

The owner of the business is Dave Lingier, the founder of real estate franchise system Re/Max, according to the the website.

The new store will be in the Colleyville Downs Shopping Center. The location was formerly Zoe’s Kitchen.
