A Rise Soufflé spokesperson has announced plans for the restaurant to open in Southlake later this year at the Southlake Marketplace shopping center.

The restaurant focuses on serving French cuisine, providing sweet and savory souffle options as well as traditional French dishes, such as the Parisian Jambon Sandwich. The restaurant also offers seasonal wine pairings.

The restaurant has a handful of other locations, including in Dallas and Fort Worth.
