The 4-acre tract has eight lots ranging from a quarter-acre to half-acre. Carl Dean, a managing partner along with Matthew Smith, said seven of the eight lots have been sold as of Jan. 6.
Dean said construction already is underway on one the previously sold lots.
The houses will range from 3,900 square feet to 6,000 square feet and are priced from $2 million to $2.7 million, Dean said. He added all of the homes will be built by his company.
