A Dallas-based company is constructing four warehouses called Mustang Crossing Business Park near the Southlake-Grapevine border in Southlake.

Southlake Mustang Owner LP is building four warehouse buildings at 2000, 2100, 2110 and 2120 Mustang Court, across the road from Grapevine-Colleyville ISD's Mustang Panther Stadium.

The location was formerly owned by Magellan Pipeline GP and has been a petroleum operation since 1990, according to city documents.

Existing storage tanks were removed for the construction of the buildings, which will range from 102,644 square feet to 188,115 square feet, according to city documents.

According to Constellation Real Estate Partners, the buildings will achieve LEED certification for "green ready" for including conduits for electric vehicle charging stations. LEED—or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design—certified buildings are resource efficient, use less water and energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, according to the U.S. Green Building Council, the organization that issues the certifications. The city of Southlake approved the final plat in January.
