Southlake-based Lambert Home will move its headquarters across from the Carillon Parc area.

During the June 4 City Council meeting, a zoning change and site plan was approved at 1700 N. Chapel Road and 190 W. SH 114. The zoning change approved was local retail zoning use as the 2.9-acre land will feature the new headquarters for the business currently located at 2787 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 105.

Planning and zoning had previously approved the request 5-0.

According to the company website, Lambert Home is a full-service interior design firm and construction company, with a custom furniture and home decor storefront.


Sisters Sarah and Katie Lambert founded the business in 2015. Sarah is the lead interior designer, while Katie is the CEO, according to the company website.

Lambert Home has a two-phase development plan. The first phase includes a two-story building that will span 10,570 square feet and be 39 feet tall. It will feature:
  • Lambert Home office
  • Retail home decor/furniture
  • Storage space
  • Cafe with patio seating
  • Courtyard
The second phase will be a 2,800-square-foot, one-story building for future retail use, but a site plan would be required, according to city documents.
