A housing subdivision in Colleyville is nearing the completion of its first two homes.

Eastpointe Terrace plans were approved in 2021 and Southlake-based Atwood Custom Homes lists 11 of the 12 half-acre lots as having been sold. Houses will start at $1.5 million. One of the first houses that will be completed is a four-bed, 4 1/2-bath house at 2528 Pointe Court, which should be completed by March, according to the company’s Facebook page.

The housing development is next to Glenhope Elementary School.
