Oak Alley, a new gated subdivision in Colleyville, has sold 30 of its 34 planned single-family residential lots.

The development first was approved by Colleyville City Council in June 2019. The property includes oak tree-lined streets, a fountain at the gate entry and a private park. Burk Collins and Co. is the developer of the project and Randy White Real Estate Services is handling the selling of the lots, which range from $800,000 to $1.5 million. There are 43 acres in the development, according to the website.
