A warehouse and office project may soon be coming to Grapevine after several procedural steps were completed at a recent joint meeting with council and the planning and zoning commission.

A rezoning request, site plan and final plat were all approved for the over 16-acre property located off of SH 121 and Enchanted Way. GTIS Partners is working on developing the project, which will include three proposed office spaces and a warehouse area within a building totaling 272,160 square feet, according to city documents.

GTIS Managing Director Gaurav Sahay said no tenants had been identified at the time of the meeting.
