According to its website, Marlowe Apartments offers “sophisticated living made simple” with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Construction is still ongoing for some of the buildings. The city of Grapevine has issued occupancy permits for three buildings, and a representative for the apartment complex said there will be 15 total when construction is completed.
Amenities include a yoga lawn, a jogging trail, a multisport simulator, a cabana with an outdoor kitchen and firepit, and a dog park and spa.
