Tarrant County COVID-19 cases reached 1,249 as of April 20. The total death count is 39.

The county reported seven new cases and one new death in its April 20 data. The county cited a delay in reporting for the lower case counts.

About 60% of coronavirus-related deaths in Tarrant County are patients age 65 and older, according to the county.

Grapevine has thus far reported 25 cases. Colleyville has reported 17, and Southlake has reported 22. Among those three cities, there has been only one COVID-19 related death, a Southlake resident.
