Grapevine Rotary Club to host blood drive Aug. 28

The Grapevine Rotary Club will host a communitywide blood drive Aug. 28. As local blood supplies reach critically low levels, the goal is to help resupply blood for emergency needs, according to the Rotary website.

There are two locations to donate. The first blood drive location will be from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at The REC of Grapevine, located at 1175 Municipal Way, Grapevine. The second blood drive location will be from 2-8 p.m. at Wise Guys Pizzeria, located at 322 S. Park Blvd., Grapevine.

Drop-in donations are welcome, but to register online beforehand or to find out more, visit www.grapevinerotary.com.
