Colleyville residents will have the chance to recycle their leaves and Christmas trees this winter.

The city’s leaf recycling program begins Nov. 12, according to the city’s Nov. 4 newsletter. Community Waste Disposal, Colleyville’s recycling provider, will collect bagged leaves on Saturdays throughout November, December and January, the newsletter stated.

Recycled Christmas trees can also be collected on the January collection date.

Collection dates are Nov. 12, Nov. 19, Dec. 3, Dec. 10, Dec. 17 and Jan. 7.

Residents can bag their leaves in any type of bag, but they must be placed separately from household trash. Collection will begin at 8 a.m., the newsletter stated.
