Southlake City Council approved Feb. 19 a second reading of an ordinance to allow for development of a multistory, mixed-use building in the Kimball Park development directly north of SH 114 between Cherry Lane and North Kimball Avenue.
A portion of the building will be three stories, while another will be four stories, according to meeting documents. Proposed uses include general and medical office space on the upper floors, and other site plans include space for a lobby, retail, restaurant, covered patio and additional offices on the first floor.
The developer, Medici Development Partners, also planned for a four-level parking garage directly connected to the rear of the building, according to meeting documents.
Kimball Park is also the site for the Cambria Suites Hotel and the Offices at Kimball Park.
