McDade relieves David Faltys, who is taking a temporary leave of absence to spend time with family during a health situation, said Julie Thannum, assistant superintendent for board and community relations, in an email.
“There is no date for an anticipated return, but we look forward to a time when he will be back with us as superintendent,” Thannum said in the email. “In the meantime, the district is in good hands with Mrs. McDade and her support team.”
Trustees appoint Janet McDade as acting Superintendent until such time as Dr. Faltys decides to resume his duties as Superintendent on a full-time basis.
