The first reading happened at the Aug. 2 City Council meeting. It was then tabled at the Aug. 16, Sept. 6, Sept. 20 and Oct. 4 meetings.
If approved, the boutique hotel will feature a restaurant and a bar as well as between 3,000-4,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting room space in addition to indoor and outdoor breakout spaces. Guests will also have access to a fitness center, on-site laundry and office spaces.
It will be designed in the French Provincial architectural style.
