A filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation showed an estimated completion date of construction was April 22.
The project has an estimated cost of $1.25 million, which includes remodeling the interior of the existing fuel center, updated exterior finishes, new sidewalks, new fuel tanks and pumps, the filing states.
The background
Southlake City Council approved a zoning change and masonry variance on June 18, 2024, for the property, according to previous reporting.
A car wash was torn down and replaced with a drive-through ATM from a bank, though the name of the bank was not discussed during the 2024 presentation. The location has also been a Texaco gas station.
