Sundance, an eclectic jewelry and accessories store, will have an updated space in Southlake Town Square this spring.

In a nutshell

The retail store has closed down temporarily and will start demolition work March 3 to revamp its interior space. The remodel will consist of new drywall, HVAC system, electrical system, plumbing, an updated sprinkler system, fresh paint and new flooring, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The cost of remodeling the 3,863-square-foot store will be $400,000 and will be privately funded, according to the filing.

The backstory


Sundance opened April 14, 2016, in Southlake Town Square, according to previous reporting.

Aside from accessories, Sundance also sells apparel, shoes, unique furniture and home decor.
