What’s happening?
Colleyville officials approved the gift card program during the Jan. 22 city council meeting.
The gift cards will be available during the month of February and will be valid through March 9. Gift cards must be used at participating restaurants for pick-up orders only.
Colleyville citizens must show their ID when picking up the gift cards for confirmation of residency. While the pick-up locations have not been named, residents are encouraged to check the city's website for updates.
The background
The program was first put in place in 2024 and included 4,045 cards that were picked up and 3,620 cards that were redeemed. A total of $125,700 was spent at Colleyville restaurants through this program.
